communications is shaped by years as a working journalist, including a decade at the Chicago Sun Times, where he managed the city’s largest news
staff. He went on to work at several leading public relations firms,
including Ogilvy, Hill & Knowlton, GCI Group and Cohn & Wolfe, where he
became the senior North American crisis counselor and media trainer.
He has counseled companies
in healthcare, retail, commercial real estate, legal, hospitality, technology,
consumer products and other industries, helping them manage product recalls,
government investigations, environmental situations, activist attacks, employment
and labor issues, natural disasters, health threats and countless other
crises.

A former journalist and long-time communications professional, Briggs Adams excels in helping
